REGISTER AND SUBMIT ABSTRACT ONLINE

Registration Process:

• 08/15/2012 – Online Registration & Abstract submission open
• 09/10/2012 – Acceptance notification
• 09/26/2012 – Deadline for Sleeping Room Rate

Registration fee of $50 is required – this your commitment of participation and is non-refundable should you cancel.  Attendees will receive reimbursement of this fee after the event.

Abstract:  200-word summary outlining your “benefit of attending”.  Participation is limited to 50 - Acceptance notifications will be issued continuously but no later than September 10, 2012.

Sleeping Room:  participants will be provided two nights lodging (must be in event hotel).  Make your sleeping room reservations with the online hotel link.  Reservations may be made beyond event dates (subject to availability) to allow time to visit other attractions in the area.  We will work with hotel to pay up to two nights during your stay. 

Meals:  participants will be provided a continental breakfast and lunch each day of the event, plus dinner on the first evening.  Mid-morning and afternoon breaks are also provided.

Travel Stipend:  in addition, attendees will receive a $400 travel stipend to offset part of actual travel costs.  You must provide a completed W9.
